The Staunton chess pieces "Supreme" are in high demand among chess players and collectors due to their aggressive knight. Key features include its upright stance and forward-facing earflaps. The other chess pieces in the set also feature proud shapes that are comfortable to hold and can be easily moved around the board. Boxwood was used to make the pieces and ebonized for the black color. All the chess pieces were carved or turned, felted and additionally weighted. To meet tournament requirements, the set features a king's height of 95 mm. Additional queens are included for pawn promotion. These chess pieces are best suited for a chess board with a square size of 55-58 mm.
